Apart from being known as Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan is in the news as she’s turning a director with the theatrical, Medea. And she seems to be good within the fashion department as well. Recently, ex-cricketer Yuvraj Singh and his wife Hazel Keech who happens to be Ira’s friend attended the Ambani’s Diwali bash. The couple looked adorable together at the bash, especially, Hazel, who stunned everyone in her traditional look. And guess what, Hazel revealed on social media that the credit for her outfit goes to her friend, Ira Khan. When Hazel forgot to carry her top, it was Ira who came to her rescue with her clothes.
Hazel shared a lovely picture of her from the Diwali bash saying, “What is friendship? Friendship is when you carry your clothes to a shoot and you’re getting ready for a Diwali party but you forget your kurta at home…… so your friend loans her top! Thank you for your top @khan.ira you were my live saver! (And what a compliment/body loving moment that i fit into your top). Thanks for the photo Husband @yuvisofficial Happy Diwali from the Singhs

Ira Khan, on Saturday, shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram profile, which are going crazy viral on social media. In the first two photos, Ira looks stunning in a black and red fur dress. Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is set to venture in the space of the theatre. The young gun is set to direct her first play and is going all out to make all the necessary arrangements for the same. The play is based on the classic Greek tragedy Euripides’ Medea. Sources close to the pretty youngster have told a leading portal that the play will premiere in December this year.
The latest news around the film is that the cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s wife Hazel Keech has been finalized to play the main lead in the project. Hazel spoke about the same to a leading portal and stated, “I auditioned for the part and was asked to play Medea. I had seen the play performed years ago while I was in my 20’s and thought about playing the role but now I’m in my 30’s and have faced a lot more and seen a lot more in life, I can now confidently say that I believe in my abilities to do justice to the role”.
She further added, “We have started rehearsals. Ira is young but I feel that she has seen a lot and been through a lot at her young age and understands the complexities of the characters and the dynamics between them far better than you’re average 21 years old. Ira brings freshness to a complex play and being so young, she also brings a different perspective on things. Ira is very sure of herself and what she wants, which is very impressive.” Keep watching this space for more updates about the same.
